Rajasthan forest guard exam’s:- The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has cancelled the forest guard recruitment examination’s night shift paper held on Saturday after police within the Rajsamand district busted a gang concerned with a paper leak.

The board cancelled the paper on Sunday after the Rajsamand police registered an FIR and detained 9 individuals.

The examination was performed in shifts on Saturday and Sunday.

Before the second shift on Saturday, which was held from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm, the Rajsamand Police received a tip-off from the Special Operations Group (SOG) about a suspected paper leak following which the native police detained a technical assistant posted within the electrical energy division who had obtained solutions earlier than the examination.

Rajsamand Superintendent of Police Sudheer Choudhary mentioned the police arrested accused Deepak Sharma on Saturday.

He mentioned the accused received the purported questions and their solutions earlier than the paper on his cell phone. During interrogation, he revealed he received the questions and solutions on WhatsApp from one Pawan Saini of Sawai Madhopur

The police learnt that Sharma had obtained the paper one hour previous to the graduation of the examination for ₹5 lakh and forwarded it to 2 different persons- Jitendra Kumar Saini of Karauli, and Hetram Meena of Dausa for ₹6 lakh every.

Choudhary mentioned the accused have been booked below IPC Section 420 (dishonest), 120B (felony conspiracy), and different related sections of the anti-cheating legislation of the state.

Apart from the primary accused, eight others have been detained at completely different locations together with Jaipur, Sawai Madhopur and Karauli and are being interrogated.
